Challenge
Lagos State required a centralized monitoring solution to manage its extensive water transportation network across key ferry routes. The objective was to enable real-time vessel tracking, enhance incident response capabilities, and improve passenger safety through integrated CCTV surveillance. This critical initiative was commissioned via a collaboration with Polaris Digitech, who engaged SPIG IT LTD to deliver the technical design and implementation.
